Is the registration free?

Absolutely! The registration is completely free. 

Can I cancel my registration?

Sure! All you need to do is changing your settings in the “My Account” section. Please remember that after unsubscribing you will not receive any more discounts or promotions and you will receive only transactional emails such as order confirmation or password recovery email.

How can I recover my password?

It happens to everyone! No problem, you just need to surf on the “Login” page and click on “Request a new password” button. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Can I change my email address?

Changing the email address is quick and easy. After logging in, click on “My Account” and modify your profile data. All the changes will be done by clicking on the “Save” button.

What is your privacy policy?

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy! After selecting the products that you like (or after having selected them from your Whishlist) click the button “Add to basket” and then press “Checkout”. Fill your billing details and delivery information, decide which payment method fits better for you.

How can I get a coupon code?

Arketicom Design offers special discounts on a periodical base. Follow us through our Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest or Youtube) as well as our newsletters to get a chance to save additional money on your next purchase. However, since many products have limited availability, be aware that you may not be able to find the same products every day!

How to use coupon codes Coupon codes give you the right to a discount on your order?

Coupons may be limited in terms of dates and/or product category and/or minimum order - all this information is clearly stated together with the coupon code itself. Due to special agreements, coupon codes never apply (even if this is not explicitly stated in the conditions) In case your order includes more products, the reduction will be calculated on the subtotal minus these products. In order to use a coupon code, enter it at checkout stage in the relevant field. The reduction will be applied immediately.

How long should I wait for the delivery of my order?

We carefully made every product that you see on our website. Every single article is made for you. In each product page you can find detailed information about production estimated time. This depends on production volumes. In case you place a multiple order, take into account that we will try to optimized the delivery, which means we might pack all the products ordered together and we will deliver them to you in one go. How can I check the order status?

To verify the order status you can access into “My account” area and click on the “My orders” section, than Track your Order to check the shipping company and your tracking number. 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose between the main credit/debits cards, through your Paypal account or bank transfer. In this case if you send us a recipt of the payment by email we start to produce your order in the next working day without waiting time bank.

What is the delivery cost?

Shipment is always free in Europe if you choose Fercam Courier with transit days ranging from 3 to 9 working days. Alternatively, if you need to receive your order before, you can choose DHL with delivery time 3-5 business days depending on the delivery areas.

In which countries do you ship?

We deliver almost everywhere in the EU except some products that may have commercial limitations in some Countries. You will be able to select your Country during the order process.

How should I act upon delivery?

We do our best to find the right courier in each Country we operate. However, we suggest you to follow these steps during the order process and delivery: (i) check the products in your box are as many as reported on the delivery note; (ii) check the packaging and report any sign of damage. In case you think something went wrong with your delivery, please make sure you sign the delivery note as “accepted with reserve”, report any damage to the courier and as contact us as soon as possible.
Remember: if you accept a damaged parcel without reserve notified, we will be not able to demostrate the damage at the shipping company and we cannot proceed with change or refund of the articles

Who will take care of the delivery of my order?

Arketicom Design wants to provide you the most exciting shopping experience . Our logistics team works close with the best international couriers in any Country. Each courier is selected based on its track record in handling fragile products.

How can I request an invoice?

After placing your order you will be sent the related invoice via email. The invoice will include all the relevant information on your purchase. If you need a VAT invoice please send us an email just after placing the order give us all your details. Remember: we cannot makes invoices after shipp the parcel. In case we dont receive your company details before ship the order, we will make a simple fiscal document.
We cannot issue or modify an invoice after the order has gone through.

How can I save the products I love and check them later on?

You can save your favourite products by adding them to your personal Whishlist. Just click on the little heart you can see in every product page. 


How can I ask for a product replacement or for a refund?

No worries! Please go through the following simple steps to return a product to us.

What can I return and how?

You may return any product you have bought within 14 days from the day you have received it. The return policy does not apply to those products that are customised and/or manufactured on a single order basis (Lgs. D. 6/9/2005 n. 206). The returned product(s) must be in their original conditions and original packaging. If the original packaging is broken or not available, you must use an appropriate alternative package in order to return the product(s) to Arketicom Design warehouse. Please make sure you include in the package a copy of the delivery note and the reason of return. If you are unable to return the product, please email and we will help you to organise this process with our logistic suppliers. The shipping costs for the delivered goods are paid by the customer. In case of missing or faulty product(s), Arketicom Design will replace the product(s) according to the product(s) availability.

How will I get my money back?

If the product(s) is missing or faulty, Arketicom Design will refund you all the money you spent on our site, including delivery. The refund can be settled through bank transfer or Paypal. Please let us know the payment period you prefer by contacting . Partial returns will correspond to partial refunds. Arketicom Design will refund the full amount according with the chosen payment method within 48 hours from the moment the product get returned to the Arketicom Design warehouse.

What kind of warranty will cover the products that I want to buy?

The Arketicom Design team checks all the product(s) before to ship them. However, you as client, always benefit the product legal warranty. Arketicom Design doubles this legal warranty with a special additional warranty (“Satisfied or Refunded”), valid for thirty (30) days after the delivery (this warranty does not apply to those products that are customised and/or manufactured on a single order basis). The legal warranty policies are governed by the Italian Law. The legal warranty is reserved to consumers: it therefore applies solely to any natural person concluding a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be ascribed either to their commercial or independent professional activities. According to it, in the event of defective products the client has the right to have it remedied (delivery of non-defective goods), to cancel the order or to receive a price reduction. The product(s) which the user claims as defective should be sent to Arketicom Design SP 92 km 1.00 70020 Bitritto (BA). Arketicom Design will evaluate the existence or otherwise of the claimed defect. Arketicom Design hereby reserves the right to ask the client to enclose the invoice and/or transport document or any other document that proves the date of purchase.
