WHO CAN COME IN KNOWLEDGE OF ITS DATA:
Within Arketicom may be aware of your personal data, as managers or persons in charge of processing the employees, managers and directors or members who have or have covered by law or corporate status administrative, collaborating or commercial roles subject to contracts of self-employment operating within the company structure. This company was provided with adequate training and instructions to protect the preservation, maintenance, updating and security and confidentiality of your data. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD:
Your data may be transferred to a foreign country. In this case, if this happens within the European Union your data will be treated in the same way as treated in Italy. In case of transfer to countries outside the European Union, they will be processed respecting the rights provided in your favor by the European Regulation. If the data are transferred to a country outside the EU, it is possible to be treated by subjects that guarantee the respect of the rights provided by the European Regulation through voluntary adhesion by the same with general provisions. DURATION OF DATA CONSERVATION AND HOLIDAY LAW:

The data not necessary for these last purposes will be removed within the maximum term provided by the right to be forgotten and acknowledged, as indicated later in this statement, or, at your request, even in a shorter time if not in contrast with the rights of the owner. Therefore, all data of the interested party that should not be kept for specific legal obligation will be deleted within 10 years.
PROFILING: With regard to the profiling logics, the Company exercises this activity on the data provided for the purpose of implementing its offer, improving the services rendered, monitoring the quality and efficiency of its suppliers and the activities carried out.

 for direct commercial purposes (to propose services or goods to the interested party): that is to provide information and send information, commercial and advertising material (also through remote communication techniques such as, but not limited to: postal correspondence, telephone calls also through automated call, fax, e-mail, SMS or MMS or other messages) on Arketicom products, services or initiatives, to promote them and to carry out direct sales actions; in this case, your consent is optional and does not affect the maintenance of relations with Arketicom.

perform profiling: to carry out market research, to verify the quality of the products or services offered to you (including via phone calls or sending questionnaires), to optimize the offer itself (including by focused and selected analyzes), to perform communications commercial, to perform statistical research, to apply one or more profiles (in order to make appropriate commercial decisions or to analyze or predict, always for commercial purposes, your personal preferences, your behavior and your attitudes); in this case, your consent is optional and does not prejudice the maintenance of relations with the Company.

for indirect commercial purposes with transfer of data to third parties: that is, through communication to third parties of your data so that they carry out their own independent commercial activities as indicated in the previous number 3; in this case, your consent is optional and does not prejudice the maintenance of relations with the Company.

WHICH DATA ARE COLLECTED:

COMPLAINT: right to propose a claim at any time to the national authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data) if it considers violated your right.
DATA UPDATE: right to have your data always accurate and up-to-date and therefore can report or request updates at any time.
REVOCATION: right to withdraw consent to the processing of data where this is not prevented by law or by the need to protect the rights of the owner even in court. In any case, the request for revocation gives rise to the right to limit the processing.
ACCESS: right to access your data processed by the Data Controller by written request, including IT. In this case it is essential that we can provide proof of your identity, possibly even by access to our databases through credentials uniquely related to your person. You have the right to free access for a single time, while you may be asked to pay a fee for requests after the first one. You have the right to obtain an answer within thirty days of the request and to have your data in printable formats.
RECTIFICATION: right to rectify and update your data and may at any time request the update and correction where it verifies that the data in our possession were not updated or incorrect. In order to guarantee the updating of data, we invite you to report any useful changes.
CANCELLATION: right to delete data concerning you, provided that it is not data that the owner must keep for specific legal obligations such as, for example, obligations arising from tax laws, anti-money laundering or for the protection of the rights of the owner in litigation .
DISPUTE: if you dispute the accuracy of your data, or the lawfulness of the processing, or the right of the owner to delete your data, or object to the processing of data and the holder contests your opposition, you are entitled to your data are kept, but not processed, except as far as is necessary for the resolution of the dispute over the data themselves.
INFORMATION: if the Owner modifies or cancels all or part of your data, you have the right to be informed and to oppose the modification and cancellation.

PORTABILITY: has the right to transfer your data - stored and processed electronically - to another operator, within the limits indicated by the Regulations, in such a way as to allow easy reading and acquisition by third parties. Data included in the transfer of data (portability) also include data deriving from the automatic observation of your activity carried out through the IT services of the Data Controller, such as searches and chronology of the activities performed
OPTIONAL CONSENT: has the right to object to the processing of your data, profiling, use of data for direct marketing, profiling for public interest or for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes.
AUTOMATED PROCEDURES: Arketicom may, under certain circumstances, adopt automated procedures in order to make decisions that affect it and in particular in order to decide whether and under what conditions to conclude contracts directly or third parties with you. In this case, you are entitled to request that , before taking a binding decision, your position will still be examined by a human operator who carries out an assessment of merit.
E - COMMERCE: since your data may be processed for the purpose of carrying out e-commerce activities, you are entitled to have your data processed according to the best state-of-the-art computer procedures. To this end, your data may be transferred to third parties for the purpose of completing, in whole and in part, the technical-IT procedures related to the conclusion of the contract and the execution of the same, such as, for example, third-party servers , operators of logistics and transport services. Your consent to this end is always necessary and, in case of failure to consent to the processing of data necessary for the conclusion of the transactions, Arketicom may not be able to provide the requested services. The consent to the processing of indispensable data must be separated from the consent to the acquisition of non-essential data or for purposes other than those related to the conclusion of contracts relating to electronic commerce.
