How to buy on Arketicom Design

How do I place an order?

The order process is easy. If you have selected a product, after adding it to the cart, click on the "Go to checkout" button. A page will open where to enter the billing and shipping data. The first time you buy from us you will be required, then store and facilitate subsequent purchases. If you do not want to save your data, you can instead purchase guest mode. If your delivery address is different from billing you can of course also indicate that. If you are in possession of an Arketicom Design coupon, you can use it during this phase. Once you have specified the data, you get to the actual payment process by choosing the preferred mode. Finally, clicking on the "Get Acquisition" button will be able to see a summary of your choices. After confirming and accepting the terms and conditions, you will be able to send your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail below.

Where can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you can access the "My Account" area and then "My Orders" where you will see a list of all your orders. For each order you will be able to see the relative working phase. We will notify you of the delivery 24/48 hours earlier through a communication to the mail indicated at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds

What if I change my idea about the product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can ask for your refund and return it quickly and easily. The right of withdrawal is governed by the laws in force. You can return the item (s) you purchased by communicating the intention within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.

And if I get a defective or different product from what I ordered?

In the case of a defective item, we may replace your item with the same item you ordered, and you must return the item damaged or defective within 14 days from the date of delivery (subject to availability). If you intend to replace the item (subject to availability under the Terms and Conditions) or order a different one, you will need to return what you received and make a new order. Product return will generate a refund of 100% of the cost you incurred for the item itself. In the case of defective or unusual product, Arketicom Design will also refund you the shipping costs that will otherwise be yours.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order is not yet in delivery, please contact us and we will cancel your order by refunding the full amount. If the product is being prepared or delivered, the order can no longer be canceled. You will need to agree a return once the product has been received.

How are refunds work?

Refunds can be made through credit card, bank transfer or PayPal re-credit: to indicate the method selected, write to Partial refunds will be subject to partial refunds.
